Legal Information and License Agreement

Use of this software is granted only under, and only by user agreement to all conditions of this entire license agreement.

Allowed Use

Charitable Use Users who agree to all parts of this license agreement are granted license to use this software for any purely charitable purposes. Any use that produces profit or has the potential to produce profit is specifically excluded from this allowance for charitable use.
Non-profit Use Users who agree to all parts of this license agreement are granted license to use this software for fully non-profitable activities. Any use that produces profit or has the potential to produce profit, and any and all use while on paid time whether such payment is related to the use of this software or not, is specifically excluded from this allowance for non-profit use.
Trial Use Users who agree to all parts of this license agreement are granted license to use this software on a trial basis until it is determined whether or not it is worth the license fee. When the user has determined that the software is or is not worth the license fee, the allowance for trial use expires. By using this software, the user agrees to make a reasonable effort to determine if the software is worth the license fee throughout the period of trial use.
Paid Use Except as stated above, users may obtain license to use this software only by agreeing to all parts of this license agreement and paying the required fee. This fee, identified on the download page, may be as little as a postcard, but is nonetheless required.

Limitation of Liability For Use

The use of this software constitutes an agreement by you that you accept all risk and liability arising from the use of this software. By using this software, you agree that if any damage or loss results from the installation or use of this software, the sum liability of any party involved in the development and/or distribution of this software will be limited to a refund of the amount paid to that party by you for development or distribution of this software.

Negation of Warranty

Except for such refund, this software is offered without any warranty whatsoever, whether expressed or implied (including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) or other liability of any kind.

Special, Incidental, and Consequential Damages

Recovery for any special, incidental, or consequential damages is specifically excluded.

Responsible Parties

All legal responsibilities arising from this software, or the use of this software are solely the responsibility of the copyright holder, except as transferred to you, the user, in this license.

Limitation of Liability For License Revocation Or Modification

This license may be revoked or modified at any time for any reason without notice. The sum liability of any party involved in the development and/or distribution of this software for damages arising from such revocation or modification will be limited to a refund of the amount paid to that party by you for development or distribution of this software.
